Anna Filby

Anna Filby is a passionate advocate for sustainable and inclusive mobility, recognised for her ability to connect people, spark ideas, and drive meaningful change. With a strategic mindset and a strong belief in collaboration, she brings focus and momentum to complex mobility challenges.

Since 2019, Anna has worked at Deutsche Bahn, contributing to the digital transformation of public transport. From 2020 to 2023, she served as Senior International Sales & Business Development Manager at ioki, a leading provider of Demand-Responsive Transport (DDRT) software. There, she was instrumental in developing ioki’s presence in the UK and Irish markets.

Motivated by a commitment to the next generation, Anna co-founded the Young Mobility Network (YMN) in 2020. What began as a grassroots initiative quickly evolved into a dynamic platform for 800+ young professionals across Europe. In 2024, she formalised YMN as a company, deepening its impact through events, community building, and international hubs.

In 2025, Anna expanded her efforts by founding Anna Filby Consulting & Professional Training, supporting innovative projects across mobility, public transport, and beyond.
