Conor Campbell
Conor is a transport consultant and entrepreneur based in London. He has more than ten years’ experience in operations, strategy, analytics, and leadership roles across the mobility and logistics sectors, with a particular focus on sustainable transport, micromobility, and high-growth startups.
From 2019 to 2023, Conor was Senior Director of Central Operations at Tier Mobility. He built the company’s central and regional operations functions from the ground up, supporting expansion from 40 to over 500 markets and increasing the fleet from 20,000 to 400,000 vehicles as Tier became the largest micromobility operator globally. His work played a central role in scaling Tier’s operations efficiently and integrating acquisitions including Nextbike and Spin.
Before joining Tier, Conor led operations, strategy, and government relations for Lime in the UK and Ireland. He launched Lime’s services in London, which grew into the company’s largest and most profitable market.
Since 2023, Conor has advised startups and scaleups including Yo-Go, Otto Car, and Sun Capital Partners’ portfolio companies. His work has covered areas such as international expansion, fundraising, autonomous vehicle strategy, operational restructuring, and new product launches.
Earlier in his career, Conor was a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, working on market entry, performance improvement, and commercial due diligence projects across multiple sectors. He also spent three years at Morgan Stanley in fixed income sales. He studied at Trinity College Dublin and HEC Paris and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport.
