He is Managing Director of Crisp Solutions Ltd and its sustainability arm, CrispAir, where he has developed and delivered projects focused on behaviour change, stakeholder engagement and environmental improvement.

He also worked with EDF Energy Networks on SubstationWatch, a community engagement scheme that reduced metal theft from substations, improving safety and saving significant costs.
Keith’s career includes senior communications roles, such as Global Communications Manager at Spacelabs Healthcare, and he has advised a range of local authorities and major companies on embedding sustainability into their policies and operations. His experience covers areas as varied as social housing, utilities, professional services and the built environment.
Alongside consultancy, Keith is an elected District Councillor for St Albans, chairing the Sustainability & Climate Advisory Forum. He is also active within the Institution of Environmental Sciences and previously served as a Trustee of Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust.
With a background in environmental science, marketing and business management, Keith brings a practical and collaborative approach to problem solving. His work is guided by a belief in the value of partnership and the importance of connecting communities with nature.
